Nice location, good value for money. Positive: Good location (tram stop very close, main shops around, walking distance to Zurich HB or Letten in summer), very clean. Negative: The common area is not as clean as you would expect in Zurich. In hot days, as there is no AC, you might need to keep the window open and noise from traffic would get in. The host asked us to leave a 10 out of 10 review, which does not really help other customers

I liked the stay. It is close to train station and very quiet. Positive: Location is good, close to the train station and trams. Negative: There is no AC

Positive: Casetta molto carina e minimal. Letto comodissimo con topper. Purtroppo ho beccato 1 giorno molto caldo, ma gli altri giorni si stava molto bene.

Positive: Our stay was wonderful. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood, a 15-20 minute walk from the Zurich central station. The room was as pictured.

Great place to stay Positive: Great location, fantastic transport links. The apartment was very clean & well equipped. Communication from the host was excellent & timely.
